Woodward Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to develop, optimize, and support aerospace MRO processes for electronic and avionics components. You will work with service technicians and cross-functional teams to raise efficiency and ensure compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years in manufacturing or Aerospace MRO, hands-on troubleshooting with electronics, and familiarity with AS9100 and Part 145. Fluent English and Polish are expected; CAD skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or Aerospace MRO.
• Experience in Aerospace MRO environment, esp. electronics/avionics repair.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace MRO processes.
• Hands-on with service technicians and repair teams.
• Knowledge of electronics, assemblies, and failure analysis.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing electronics.
• AS9100 and Part 145 experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MRO processes for electronic and avionics products.
• Create process docs, layouts, work instructions, repair standards, and time studies.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
• Train and support service technicians in troubleshooting and repair.
• Analyze repair processes to cut turnaround time, cost, and improve quality.
• Support customers and suppliers on process matters.
• Apply modern technologies in MRO operations.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and Part 145 requirements.
