Woodward Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Quality Engineer to support MRO operations, ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, and internal quality standards.

You will review maintenance records, NCRs, and CAPA, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Certifying staff to resolve quality issues. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 3-5 years in aerospace quality, knowledge of AS9100, and experience with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably in MRO/Part 145.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations and AS9100.
• Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA and internal quality requirements.
• Review maintenance records, NCRs, and CAPA documentation.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Conduct internal/process/audit reviews and support audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Certifying Staff to resolve quality issues.
