Woodward Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Quality Engineer to support MRO operations, ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, and internal quality standards.

You will review maintenance records, NCRs, and CAPA, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Certifying staff to resolve quality issues. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 3-5 years in aerospace quality, knowledge of AS9100, and experience with audits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably in MRO/Part 145.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations and AS9100.
• Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Job description

What You Will Do:

Support MRO operations by ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, customer, and internal quality requirements. Review maintenance records, repair documentation, and certification packages to ensure regulatory compliance. Manage and support investigation of NCRs, escapes, customer complaints, and audit findings. Lead or support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product compliance reviews. Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits. Review technical data, including CMMs, Service Bulletins, Engineering Orders, and customer specifications. Monitor quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Certifying Staff to resolve quality issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance, quality, and turnaround time.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably within an MRO or Part 145 environment. Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100 quality management systems. Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis methodologies. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications. Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency with quality management systems and electronic documentation tools. Communicative Polish and English skills required
