Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in D365 and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Proactive, organised and focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of financial transactions within the ERP system.
• Prepare and execute payment runs across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring internal controls and company policies are followed.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, customer and vendor balances, accruals and general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll documentation and prepare payroll reports across applicable jurisdictions.
• Support month-end closing and the preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in preparing VAT/tax returns and other statutory reports.
• Assist in coordinating statutory and tax audits, including audit schedules and responses to auditor queries.
• Collaborate with finance team members to ensure alignment and efficiency across financial operations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other accountants.
