Job summary

Aristocrat Poland in Kraków is seeking an accounting professional to manage core financial processes. You will handle invoices, bank statements, and record transactions in the D365 ERP system, while overseeing the Accounts Payable cycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or ACCA, 2+ years of experience, strong English, and Excel proficiency. Familiarity with month-end close and ERP systems is a plus; you may need to register with NGCB or other gaming jurisdictions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualification.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Experience with monthly and year-end closing processes.
Experience with D365 or ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Well-organized and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements and more.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the D365 ERP system.
Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments and reconciliations.
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including banking, customer, vendor and accruals.
Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close.
Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
Assist with statutory and tax audits.
Work in tandem with the finance team to successfully implement financial strategies.
Depending on the role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions.
