Delve Deeper, a performance media agency focused on nonprofit sectors, is building its in-house accounting function and seeks a proactive accountant. The role collaborates with U.S. headquarters, shapes processes, standards, and tools, and contributes to the transformation project.

You will handle VAT/JPK, regulatory reports, and financial statements, while providing management insights and driving improvements in a global finance team. Warsaw-based, hybrid collaboration possible.

Qualifications

• Polish native language required and strong accounting background.
• Several years of hands-on accounting experience with VAT and JPK reporting.
• Business-minded accountant who owns their area and drives improvements.
• Excellent English communication and proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Independently preparing VAT returns, JPK filings, and tax compliance activities.
• Preparing regulatory reports for GUS and NBP.
• Participating in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings; preparing statutory financial statements.
• Creating management reports, financial analyses, and business insights.
