Job summary

Addepto, a leader in AI consulting and data engineering, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance for its Poland entity within the KMS Technology group. You will align with global standards and partner with an international finance team in Vietnam, Poland, and the US to drive data-driven decisions.

The role combines strong financial foundations with analytics, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and system improvements across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, ideally within multinational or PE-backed environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements and local compliance obligations; exposure to US GAAP is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage audits, local filings, and complex reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Availability for business trips to Warsaw.
• Strong English communication skills; Polish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights and recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A and Group Finance teams.
• Act as a finance business partner for management, explaining results and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure.
• Manage cash flow and working capital; ensure healthy financial operations.
• Assist in integration and improvement of financial systems, processes, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, and the KMS headquarters.
