Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin invites a proactive Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team at the Szczecin City Center Office. You will manage customer data, monitor receivables, and support cash flow while ensuring excellent service across our global organization.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, drive process improvements, and contribute to month-end close. Strong English, accounting knowledge, and MS Dynamics experience are valued as you work in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or Accounts Receivable role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems; MS Dynamics is a strong asset.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with good time management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data and maintain data accuracy.
• Monitor, analyze, and collect receivables across KK Group entities.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Post transactions and allocate incoming payments.
• Prepare and distribute account statements and open balance reports.
• Deliver reports, analyses, and financial overviews.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and locations.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, auditors, and internal teams.
• Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support Invoice-to-Cash data migration and transformation projects.

At KK Group, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable, to join our growing Finance team in Szczecin. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing receivables, supporting healthy cash flow, and ensuring outstanding customer service across our global organization.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Accountant you will:

We're looking for someone who has:

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or Accounts Receivable role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems - Familiarity with MS Dynamics is considered a strong asset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• A proactive, solution-oriented, "can-do" attitude
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• The ability to work independently in a global environment
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
