Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage customer master data, monitor receivables, and resolve payment discrepancies. You will post transactions, prepare statements, and deliver financial overviews while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 3+ years in AR, strong Excel and MS Dynamics skills, and excellent English. Hybrid work model with modern office in Szczecin offers international exposure and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or Accounts Receivable role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems - Familiarity with MS Dynamics is considered a strong asset.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, "can-do" attitude.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently in a global environment.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
