Job summary

Techland is seeking an Environment 3D Artist to join our team and create high-quality environment and prop art for our AAA games. You will craft assets, textures, and sets, while integrating them into the game engine and aligning with the artistic direction from the Art Lead.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to realize the environmental vision, support production with accurate estimates, and contribute to outsourcing workflows when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Environment/Prop Art in AAA game development with at least one AAA title linked to your name.
• Strong understanding of next-gen asset creation workflow.
• Keen eye for composition, color, detail and design fundamentals.
• Exceptional understanding of form and silhouette in modelling.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and textures for environments and props.
• Integrate assets into the game engine meeting tech and art requirements.
• Build environments and set dressing from concept art and references.
• Collaborate with Art Lead and Senior team members to realize artistic vision.
• Work with other departments to enhance player experience.
• Support time estimates with Production and assist outsourcing references.
