Job summary

Techland in Warsaw is seeking an Environment 3D Artist to join the team responsible for crafting high-quality environment assets. You will work closely with the Team Leader and Art Director to bring environments to life, build sets, and support level art across projects.

Daily tasks include creating detailed 3D models, textures, and set dressing, plus integrating assets into the game engine according to technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Environment/Prop Art experience in AAA game development.
• At least one AAA title credited under your name.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, composition, color, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D Models & Textures for environments and props.
• Integrate assets into the game engine meeting technical requirements.
• Create environments and set dressing based on concept art and references.
• Collaborate with Art Lead and Senior team members to realize the artistic vision.
• Work with other departments to enhance player experience.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure realistic and achievable time estimates.
• Support Asset Outsourcing by gathering references and creating prototypes.
