Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience is required.
• Practical experience with IT infrastructure and cyber security.
• Experience in IT risk management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to navigate from unclarity to clarity.
• Advanced communication skills; ability to discuss complex matters with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills; ability to craft and deliver presentations to influence stakeholders.
• Learning mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new topics.
• Ownership skills; ability to take charge and drive responsibilities.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and remediation coordination of security deficiencies identified during security assessments.
• Ensure deficiencies and associated risks are assessed and treated promptly.
• Align remediation efforts with the bank’s risk appetite.
• Lead multiple cases with support from a co-pilot from the team.
