Job summary

People More is looking for a Senior SecOps Engineer – Security Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will analyze penetration tests, coordinate remediation, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps to strengthen security across projects worldwide.

The role requires hands-on experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, risk assessment, and cloud security, with fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Experience as a SecOps Engineer or similar.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management.
• Experience analysing penetration testing reports.
• Ability to assess risks and prioritise remediation activities.
• Knowledge of application, infrastructure, and cloud security.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse penetration testing results and identify high-priority security risks
• Plan and coordinate remediation activities
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
• Provide technical support in resolving vulnerabilities and security issues
• Verify implemented fixes and monitor remediation progress
• Prepare security recommendations and improvement plans
• Ensure that security-related actions are completed on time
