Job summary

DCG Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Cyber Security Case Manager to lead and coordinate security cases arising from testing and operational activities. You will analyze findings, drive remediation, and coordinate with technical teams and risk management.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and English proficiency; cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Experience in IT Risk Management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to structure complex topics.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex matters to stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills to support decision-making.
• Ownership mindset to drive assigned responsibilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new areas.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security cases related to deficiencies identified through testing and security assessments.
• Ensure security findings and risks are analysed, assessed and understood.
• Drive remediation activities and follow up on progress until risks are addressed.
• Coordinate cooperation between technical teams, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and support decision-making on complex security and risk topics.
• Ensure remediation activities meet timelines and align with risk appetite.
• Maintain ownership of assigned cases and remove blockers.
• Prepare and deliver updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
