Job summary

Attio is hiring a Security Engineering Lead based in Poland to build and lead Attio’s Product Security function, securing Attio’s large-scale AI-native SaaS platform and protecting sensitive customer data.

You will drive secure-by-design practices with Engineering Leadership, oversee incident response, and recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners. This is a hands-on leadership role at the frontier of AI security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security engineering in a large, multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Strong incident response capabilities across detection, remediation and post-incident action.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop high-quality security engineers and SecOps professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function for a large AI-native SaaS platform.
• Work with Engineering Leadership to ensure security by design across the product.
• Lead security incident response and drive remediation and root cause analysis.
