Job summary

StackAI, an Asana company, is building a no-code AI security platform in Poland and seeks a hands-on (Senior) Product Security Engineer to design, build, and harden the secure architecture at the core of the product.

You will own encryption, key management, data protection, and how security is integrated into every release, partnering with Core engineering to scale the platform as it grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building security-critical systems in production.
• Practical depth in cryptography and key management: encryption, KMS, secrets handling, and signing.
• Secure architecture judgment; able to design and reason about secure systems.
• Multi-tenant SaaS isolation experience with data-isolation guarantees.
• Strong secure-coding skills in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience wiring security checks into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own encryption and signing across cloud and on-prem deployments, managing KMS and BYOK.
• Protect sensitive customer data by extending PHI/PII scrubbing and data protections.
• Secure the storage layer with encryption at rest and tenant isolation.
• Contribute secure-by-default templates and reference implementations in SDLC.
