Job summary

Akamai Technologies GmbH in Kraków seeks a Security Architect to own technical integration, analyze traffic, and implement security solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical integration aspects of Akamai Security Solutions (config, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live).
• Analyze customer traffic and systems and implement Akamai security controls.
• Address new web application threats, bot attacks, and WAF evasion techniques to improve security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and create technical solutions and support deployment.
• Participate in ongoing training to up-skill yourself and train others.

Partner with our enterprise customers

As a member of our Services team, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our security solutionsfrom integration through ongoing maintenance and optimizationworking closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live) of our Security Solutions
• Analyzing customer traffic as well as systems and implementing Akamai security solutions to address customers' security concerns
• Dealing with new web application, bot attacks and WAF evasion techniques to enhance security posture
• Collaborating with a cross-functional project team to scope and create technical solutions and support the implementation
• Participating in ongoing training initiatives to up-skill yourself and to train others

• Have knowledge of web security and understanding of modern web security risks
• Demonstrate knowledge of web protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP.
• Be comfortable using Linux, scripting and log analysis
