Qualifications

• Experience with Internet technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS and web servers.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and understanding of the consulting process.
• Proactive with urgency and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and an accountable team member.
• Ability to communicate complex technical content in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks.
• Analyze customer traffic, applications and systems to tailor security solutions.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support the implementation.
• Provide support to customers to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding challenges and providing updates and results on your mitigation and analysis.
