Qualifications

• Experience with Internet technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role and understanding of consulting.
• Proactive approach and strong sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent attacks.
• Analyze customer traffic, applications, and systems.
• Document technical issues and responses.
• Provide support for network and connectivity issues.
• Communicate with customers on challenges and updates.
