Job summary

Ework Group seeks an Application Support Specialist for interim cover in 2027 to manage 2nd line support for a portfolio of business applications. You will handle incidents, access requests and day-to-day operations of COTS and SaaS real estate apps, plus a visitor management system, with training provided as needed.

You will work with the product owner and architect on improvements, support users, and document solutions, ensuring smooth sign-in and access processes for reception teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support (2nd line), including incident and request handling.
• Experience with COTS and/or SaaS applications.
• Basic technical knowledge of Windows Server (e.g. checking that services are working).
• Understanding of user access management.
• English at C1/C2 level.
• Good communication and customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing 2nd line application support for the real estate application portfolio (COTS and SaaS).
• Handling current support requests, incidents and access requests.
• Checking user accounts and access rights, including verifying whether a user is defined in the system or not.
• Servicing SaaS systems and the visitor management system, including support for reception teams.
• Performing basic checks on Windows Server environments, for example whether application services are up and running.
• Working with the product owner and the architect on application-related topics and improvements.
• Supporting users and documenting solutions.
