Job summary

ITConnect is seeking a capable professional to bridge business and IT, supporting agile ways of working and sustaining both operational and development activities.

You will provide application support for Finance and Master Data Management, coordinate incident resolution, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, service management, or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working.

Responsibilities
