Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting professional in Warsaw to deliver and manage projects, provide technical expertise in SDS authoring, Lisam software templates, and regulatory data management.

You will advise clients, contribute to business development, and mentor junior consultants while collaborating with national and global teams. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential, with knowledge of ADR/IATA beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or relevant environmental science degree.
• At least 2 years experience in SDS authoring using and managing Lisam software in chemical/manufacturing industry with practical SDS/label/PCN experience (GHS/CLP).
• Familiarity with ADR/IMDG/IATA regulations or certifications is beneficial.
• Strong interest in data management, IT applications, and software tools.
• Experience with global chemical inventories.
• Consultancy experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to present data clearly.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage projects while supporting business development and client relationship activities.
• Provide technical expertise in SDS authoring, labeling, and hazard communication using Lisam.
• Create templates using Lisam and manage Lisam software updates.
• Advise clients on regulatory product issues (national and global).
• Assist in project discussions and demonstrate credibility with clients.
• Support business development and proposal writing.
• Mentor junior consultants to develop Lisam proficiency.
