Job summary

Optiveum is recruiting a Scrum Master to join a corporate landing hub for a global banking client. You will work with two teams—one focused on a Credit Risk Platform in Pega, and a new Java team for Corporate Products Catalogue and Pricing tools—within a hybrid, full-time setup in Warsaw or Gdańsk.

You will coach teams, remove impediments, collaborate with the Product Owner, and drive continuous improvement while helping to form the new Java team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Team player with excellent communication.
• Coaching approach to drive success through others.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, software development, and SDLC.
• Fluent English.

Scrum Master (Corporate Landing Hub)

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will work with 2 teams inside a standardised Corporate Landing Hub:

• A well-structured team of mostly LTM consultants, focusing on a Credit Risk Platform application built from scratch in Pega

• A new Java team, to be formed soon, for the Corporate Products Catalogue, Business Decision Register and Pricing Tool, all new applications to be built in Java

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 120 PLN/h (B2B)

• Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days a week from the office, full-time (40h/week)

• Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk
