Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support two teams and drive progress across delivery streams. You will facilitate planning, follow-up, and delivery, identify impediments, and coach teams in Agile and SAFe practices while collaborating closely with Product Owners and development teams.

The Poland-based role offers private medical care, co-financing for a sports card, and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe.
• Practical experience with software development and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Coaching approach to supporting teams.
• Relevant certification is an advantage.
