Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support two teams and drive progress, predictability and quality. You will collaborate with Product Owners and development teams, facilitate planning and delivery, and help implement Ways of Working and tools. Experience with Pega and multi-team onboarding in Poland is a plus.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication and a strong drive to remove impediments and enable high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe.
• Practical experience with software development and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Coaching approach to supporting teams.
• Relevant certification is an advantage.
