Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. in Krakow seeks an experienced Scrum Master for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will execute Scrum ceremonies, coach teams to deliver reliable increments, and collaborate with the Product Owner to align vision and direction.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to provide a clear vision for the team and describe the product or service direction.
• Support the Product Owner in making product decisions, nurture effective Product Owner behavior, and address PO anti‑patterns.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years in technology product or service delivery.

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM) desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one complementary Agile practice (Kanban, Lean Startup).
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and waterfall frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP).
