Job summary

BEIT is seeking a proactive Business Development & Technical Pre-Sales Representative in Kraków to build relationships and turn interest in our technologies into collaborations and commercial opportunities.

You will identify contacts across pharma, biotech and academia, maintain CRM, deliver presentations, and coordinate pilot studies ensuring progress toward outcomes.

A scientific background and strong communication are essential; experience in pharma or pre-sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence engaging with scientific audiences.
• Willingness to learn technical products.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, business development, research partnerships, or technical pre-sales.
• Background in drug discovery, chemistry, computational science or related field is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate contacts across pharma, biotech, and academia.
• Maintain a CRM covering contacts, meetings, interest, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Deliver presentations and represent BEIT in pre-sales meetings.
• Coordinate pilot studies and tool validation with partner communication, and progress tracking.
