Job summary

SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH in Poland is seeking an experienced project scheduler to shape offshore wind and energy infrastructure programs. You will develop, maintain and update integrated schedules across all project phases, coordinate cross‑functional planning, and deliver progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have several years of experience in offshore wind or EPC projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a comparable discipline.
  • Several years of experience in project scheduling and project controls within offshore wind, energy, or major EPC infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling tools.
  • Experience with progress monitoring, critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, project reporting and software applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary and international project teams.
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring planning deliverables are aligned with contractual requirements, project milestones, and reporting standards.

to support a major offshore wind development project in Northern Europe.
