Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Risk Manager & Scheduler for Offshore Wind to join our global Wind organisation. You will lead the delivery of project controls, risk management and scheduling across offshore wind projects in various stages, ensuring robust governance and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development while advancing digital tools and methodologies across our Ramboll portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of offshore wind or major energy infrastructure project experience.
• Extensive project controls, PMO and risk management experience.
• Hands-on scheduling with Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Monte Carlo quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to present to executives.
• Collaborative working style, an analytical mindset and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Define project controls frameworks, governance structures and reporting standards for offshore and onshore wind projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain project risk registers.

• Provide project controls advice across development, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning phases.

Your new role

As our new Senior Risk Manager & Scheduler for Offshore Wind, you will be part of our global Wind organisation and our Strategy & Commercial sub-service area. In your position, you will take a leading role in the delivery and development of our project's control services, covering risk management and scheduling activities, for offshore wind projects throughout different project phases.

Your key responsibilities will be:

About you

• Hands‑on scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Experience performing Monte Carlo base quantitative schedule risk and cost risk analyses.
• Excellent commercial understanding and experience presenting to client executives and investment stakeholders.
