METRO Global Solution Center seeks an experienced VIM Expert with strong SAP Financial Processing expertise. You will manage and optimize vendor invoice processes, ensure compliance, and support end users across P2P workflows.

Responsibilities include rollout management, SAP integrations, automation tuning, and collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT and process owners. Travel about 20–25% may be required in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, business administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge in Financial Accounting, specifically Accounts Payable.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and SAP integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing VIM solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and other related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice processing and verification end-to-end using SAP systems.
• Manage rollout waves and standardization of processes across METRO companies.
• Utilize SAP ERP integrations and automation tools to streamline processing.
• Ensure compliance with legal/financial standards and support e-invoice implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Process Owners, Procurement and IT on process improvements.
• Travel approximately 20-25% of the time.
