Capgemini Polska is seeking an SAP VIM consultant to help clients optimize invoice processing and P2P workflows using SAP and OpenText. You will translate business needs into concepts, oversee implementations, and ensure smooth delivery across all project phases.

Your role

You’ll support clients in optimizing and automating their invoice processing and P2P workflows through effective SAP VIM solutions. Working as a trusted advisor, you’ll translate business needs into clear concepts, oversee implementation activities, and ensure smooth delivery across all project phases. You’ll collaborate with cross-\uf0b2functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and help drive digital automation initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Become a part of a team of over 300 SAP specialists. Your tasks

• Design, realize, and implement solutions supporting automated business processes.


• Focus on Vendor Invoice Management and digital content processing using SAP and OpenText technologies.


• Analyze, optimize, and design business processes aligned with customer requirements.


• Provide best-\uf0a7practice consulting and expert guidance throughout project phases.


• Develop innovative enhancement concepts to improve process efficiency and user experience.


• Collaborate closely with clients to translate functional and technical requirements into customer-\uf0a7specific solutions.


• Configure, customize, and implement process flows, including test planning and execution.

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly within SAP Financial Accounting.


• Hands-\uf0b2on experience with SAP and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.


• Proven experience configuring SAP VIM systems.


• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system designs.


• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solutionoriented mindset.


• Communicative level of English is required; additionally, knowledge of German will be considered a great asset.
