Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules for clients. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise across modules and HR processes, supporting end-to-end project lifecycles including design, testing and deployment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules, provide best-practices guidance, and assist in data migration and data integrity

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), EC Payroll and EC Time are required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (+ Winston).
• Knowledge of PM&GM and LMS modules, including Performance & Goals and Learning.
• Background in Career and Talent Development and TIH; HR processes understanding and SAP integration basics.
