Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP BM/IM/WM Deployment Data Migration Expert (DDME) to lead end-to-end data migration activities. You will bridge Global Data Migration Experts with DM Execution teams, ensuring local requirements are captured in conversion workbooks.

You will support large ERP programs, coordinate with global and local stakeholders, and drive migration activities across deployment waves in a matrix, international environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP project implementation background.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS.
• GxP and CSV knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and multi-country environments.
• Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Support large ERP programs and lead data migration activities.
• Act as deployment wave focal point for deployment project data objects.
• Collaborate with Business Data Owners, deployment Functional Experts, ETL team members, and legacy teams.
• Drive migration activities for deployment projects and local data migration.
• Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment waves.
• Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification.
• Execute DVT scripts for data verification.
• Coordinate defect and Hypercare resolution for objects under responsibility.
• Resolve design defects or escalate to Global Data Migration Experts as needed.
