Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead SAP EWM Consultant to drive the design and delivery of warehouse management solutions within complex SAP environments.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience, Greenfield project expertise, and a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and integration patterns to support scalable, high-performance logistics operations. Hybrid by design with remote-friendly options within Poland and collaboration with global teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP EWM experience in consulting environments.
• Full project lifecycle experience including design, build, integration and go-live support.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management processes and logistics operations.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA ecosystem understanding, including Fiori and modern architectures.
• Understanding of system architecture, integration principles and performance considerations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions across Greenfield and other projects.
• Drive activities across the full lifecycle from design to go-live support.
• Define scalable, maintainable EWM solutions for warehouse management and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EWM with SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Provide guidance on architecture, integration and enhancement approaches.
• Assess performance and system behavior to optimize designs.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients translating business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Support integration efforts leveraging SAP BTP and related approaches.
