EPAM Systems is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to lead transformation initiatives using SAP’s cloud ERP portfolio. You will set target architecture, run Fit-to-Standard workshops, and drive upgrade-safe extensibility while leveraging SAP BTP for AI-enabled capabilities.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and experience with SAP Activate in Public Cloud contexts. Hybrid/remote options within Poland are available.

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshop facilitation.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.

• Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture and transformation strategy.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive business process standardization.
• Develop Clean Core adoption strategy and upgrade-safe extensibility.

We're looking for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to join our team in a remote working mode. In this role, you will lead business and technology transformation initiatives leveraging SAP’s cloud ERP portfolio, ensuring Clean Core adoption, standard process utilization and upgrade-safe extensibility.You will work closely with stakeholders to define target architecture, integration principles, governance models and transformation roadmaps aligned with SAP Activate methodology and industry best practices.
