Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a Project Manager / Business Consultant with SAP background to join our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team in Katowice. You will lead international projects, guiding transformation and organizational change with strong PM expertise.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in large-scale projects, SAP knowledge, excellent English, and PM certifications. This role offers a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and exposure to diverse industries.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale project or program implementation.
• High-level knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
• A higher education degree in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• Ability to prepare clear executive summaries for leadership.
• Experience in change management, business analysis and transformations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint.
• PM certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM or PMI-ACP.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in business and organizational transformation as a trusted PM advisor.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate with EY teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
