Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced professional in Warsaw to join their global Consulting team. The role focuses on providing project management expertise and supporting clients in their IT transformation journeys, with an emphasis on SAP implementation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in SAP projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage project requirements effectively. This position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

Location: Warsaw - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Job Overview

As part of EY GDS Poland’s global Consulting team, you will support clients through their IT transformation journeys, providing project management expertise and business vision across international programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys, becoming a trusted advisor in project management subject matters.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
• Work with various teams to ensure that client requirements, budgets, and milestones for projects are met.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large‑scale projects within distributed multicultural environments.
• Experience in end‑to‑end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.
• A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and other project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel (if needed).
• German language is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly German.
• Experience in change management, business analysis, and process transformations.
• Experience working at consulting companies.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification.
