Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice, Poland, seeks an experienced SAP SD consultant to lead O2C data integration and interface design within a global, hybrid-enabled team. You will translate business needs into SAP solutions, configure interfaces, and support project phases from analysis through implementation.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP SD with 3+ in functional consulting, strong English, and willingness to work in an international environment. SAP S/4HANA and ABAP knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, business, or computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a SAP SD functional consultant.
• Expertise in SAP SD configuration, Order-to-Cash processes, and SAP interfaces (EDI, WebServices, IDOC); ABAP knowledge a plus.
• Nice to have SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and integration with MM, FI, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (SD, LE, Billing), focusing on data integration and communication between systems via EDI and interfaces.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and solution architects to define process and data requirements, translating business needs into SAP solutions.
• Participate in configuring and testing integration solutions (IDoc, OData, API, Webservices) within the O2C context, ensuring proper functionality and compliance.
• Support all project phases from analysis and testing to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Provide guidance on best practices and propose process improvements leveraging SAP SD/LE and EDI integration.
