Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking an SAP FI/S4HANA specialist to join the Application Evolution Services team. You will analyse complex FI topics, provide 2nd and 3rd line support, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver tailored SAP solutions.

Hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw, with focus on implementing SAP standards and customer-specific enhancements. English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience implementing business processes with SAP standards software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer specific enhancements.
• Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP FI and S/4HANA, focusing on FI modules.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly.
• Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive improvement.
• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes meeting client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and changes.

The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Your future role

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
