Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Project Manager to lead a global planning transformation program aimed at unifying planning processes and the SAP IBP/APO platform across Europe and Asia.

You will drive the rollout of SAP IBP Demand Planning and SAP APO Supply Planning, coordinating business and IT stakeholders, managing complex multi-country deployments, and supporting change management for a successful transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP APO/SNP and Demand Planning processes.
• Track record delivering global or multi-country SAP planning rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global rollout of SAP IBP Demand Planning and SAP APO Supply Planning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple countries and business units.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders across SCM, Planning, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
• Oversee system integrations between SAP and connected applications.
• Drive master data harmonization and planning data governance activities.
• Manage testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption.
• Ensure alignment between business process transformation and technology implementation.

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major fashion client and looking for an experienced SAP IBP Project Manager to lead a global planning transformation program aimed at establishing one global planning organization, one planning process, and one planning platform (SAP IBP/APO) across multiple regions, including Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global rollout of SAP IBP Demand Planning and SAP APO Supply Planning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple countries and business units.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
• Oversee system integrations between SAP and connected applications.
• Drive master data harmonization and planning data governance activities.
• Manage testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption.
• Ensure alignment between business process transformation and technology implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP Supply Chain Planning transformations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP APO/SNP, and Demand Planning processes.
• Track record delivering global or multi-country SAP planning rollouts.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across business and IT functions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data governance, testing, and cutover management.
• Experience leading international and distributed project teams.
• Excellent project, program, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Fashion, or Manufacturing industries.
• Previous involvement in global planning operating model transformations.
• Experience working in highly complex international organizations.
