Job summary

Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company seeking a SAP GTS consultant to join our IT team in Wroclaw. You will create functional concepts, prepare technical specifications, and coordinate implementations with developers to ensure smooth rollouts.

The role requires 2+ years in SAP GTS consulting, strong debugging and SAP configuration skills, and fluent Polish and English (German a plus). We offer hybrid work, training opportunities, and a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business, Business Administration or related field.
• SAP GTS certification or completed training courses in SAP-related modules.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in SAP GTS consultancy, focusing on system configuration and project implementation.
• Experience with debugging within SAP environments.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, as well as project management knowledge in the context of SAP projects.
• Familiarity with SAP GTS Edition for HANA or S/4 HANA.
• Familiarity with the European work culture and collaboration with European teams.
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style with quality and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (at least once per year).
