Job summary

ARCHE Consulting seeks a finance professional to manage fixed assets, intangible assets and investment accounting in SAP, ensuring proper capitalization and reporting. You will prepare and review documentation, perform accounting entries and maintain asset registers to support accurate financial statements.

Additionally, you will assist with month-end closing, balance sheet processes and inventories, plus prepare reports and financial analyses using Excel; German or English at least B2 level is

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance or controlling.
• Knowledge of fixed assets, intangible assets and investment accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is required).
• Knowledge of German accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Good Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• German or English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining records of fixed assets and intangible assets.
• Accounting for investments and investment projects in SAP.
• Verifying documentation and ensuring the proper accounting treatment of capital expenditures.
• Performing accounting entries related to fixed assets and investments.
• Supporting month-end closing, balance sheet processes and inventory counts.
• Preparing reports, statements and financial analyses.
