Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will combine hands-on system expertise with close collaboration with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions that support global business processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, fixed assets, currency operations and statutory reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes and documenting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translating them into system solutions
• Leading discussions around financial processes, including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax-related processes and financial reporting
• Gathering, analyzing and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design activities
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support
• Ensuring compliance with governance, audit and control standards while supporting cross-functional integrations and business initiatives
