Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will work with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable and compliant solutions while supporting transformation initiatives.

The role combines hands-on SAP finance expertise with stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, testing, and post-go-live support in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as SAP Finance Consultant in finance modules.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency operations, period-end closing.
• Understanding of accounting principles and finance-system integration.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional, international teams.
• Fluent English with analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance-related ERP functionalities for stable operations and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translate into system solutions.
• Lead discussions around financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax-related processes and financial reporting.
• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements, perform gap assessments and support solution design activities.
• Participate in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensure governance, audit and control standards while supporting cross-functional integrations and business initiatives.
