Job summary

DXC Technology Poland is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead to drive end-to-end configuration for Central and EMEA SCM deployments. You will translate manufacturing finance needs into robust SAP solutions, coordinating with PP, EWM, and Procurement workstreams to ensure accurate postings and smooth period-end close.

The role requires deep SAP FI/CO expertise, leadership of consultant teams, and strong stakeholder management across a multi-entity transformation programme.

Qualifications

• SAP FI/CO implementation experience with Manufacturing or SCM deployment context.
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, CO-PC, CO-CCA, and inventory valuation for manufacturing.
• Integration with PP, EWM, MM, and Group Reporting for Finance flows.
• Proven ability to lead Finance workstreams in SCM transformation programmes.
• Strong financial accounting and controlling domain knowledge in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.

About the role

This position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of FI and CO configuration, ensuring that product costing, inventory valuation, and cost accounting processes are designed and implemented in full alignment with the broader supply chain management implementation. In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with Finance and Controlling business stakeholders to translate manufacturing finance requirements into robust SAP solutions, while coordinating tightly with Production Planning (PP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Procurement workstreams to ensure seamless cost postings and period-end close processes. The role carries significant influence over the quality and success of the finance deployment, from design workshops through testing, data migration, and cutover. This is a senior, highly visible position requiring strong leadership, deep SAP FI/CO expertise, and the ability to manage consultant teams and stakeholder relationships across a complex, multi-entity transformation programme.
