Job summary

DXC Technology in Warsaw seeks a seasoned SAP SCM Deployment Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery across EWM, IBP, PP, and Manufacturing. You will manage plans, RAID logs, and schedules while coordinating stakeholders and offshore delivery teams to ensure on-time SCM scope delivery.

The role requires extensive SAP SCM project management experience, strong RAID governance, and proficiency with SAP Activate and PM tools. Hybrid work offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Extensive SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery.
• Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA SCM (EWM, IBP, PP, Manufacturing) projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, RAID governance, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing distributed offshore/nearshore/onshore SCM delivery teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and SAP Activate methodology.

• Develop and maintain project plan, RAID log, and schedule across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams.
• Manage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate cross-stream interdependencies with Program Level, GTS, and Group Reporting streams.
• Oversee resource allocation and team performance across SCM workstreams.
• Drive go-live readiness, cutover coordination, and hypercare planning for SCM deployment.

About the Role
