Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a SAP SCM Deployment Delivery Lead to manage delivery across regions/workstreams in EMEA. You will oversee project planning, RAID logs, and go-live readiness, coordinating cross-functional dependencies and steering committee reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in IT, Business, or Engineering with extensive SAP SCM delivery experience, offshore/nearshore teams, and SAP Activate expertise. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus in this international role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Extensive SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics delivery.
• Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA SCM (EWM, IBP, PP, Manufacturing) projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, RAID governance, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing distributed offshore/nearshore/onshore SCM delivery teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and SAP Activate methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for SAP SCM Deployment covering assigned region or workstream cluster.
• Develop and maintain project plan, RAID log, and schedule across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams.
• Manage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate cross-stream interdependencies with Program Level, GTS, and Group Reporting streams.
• Oversee resource allocation and team performance across SCM workstreams.
• Drive go‑live readiness, cutover coordination, and hypercare planning for SCM deployment.

About the Role

Manages delivery of the SAP SCM Deployment for assigned region or workstream cluster (Central or EMEA). Responsible for project planning, workstream coordination, stakeholder management, and on-time delivery of SCM implementation scope.
