Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a senior SAP FI/CO specialist to lead end-to-end finance configuration for global deployments. You will align product costing, inventory valuation and cost accounting with manufacturing and supply chain processes.

You will partner with Finance, Controlling, PP, EWM and Procurement to ensure accurate postings, data migration and successful cutovers. Strong leadership is essential in a large, multi-entity programme.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP FI/CO in manufacturing or SCM contexts.
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, CO-PC, CO-CCA, and inventory valuation for manufacturing.

About the role

This position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of FI and CO configuration, ensuring that product costing, inventory valuation, and cost accounting processes are designed and implemented in full alignment with the broader supply chain management implementation. In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with Finance and Controlling business stakeholders to translate manufacturing finance requirements into robust SAP solutions, while coordinating tightly with Production Planning (PP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Procurement workstreams to ensure seamless cost postings and period‑end close processes. The role carries significant influence over the quality and success of the finance deployment, from design workshops through testing, data migration, and cutover. This is a senior, highly visible position requiring strong leadership, deep SAP FI/CO expertise, and the ability to manage consultant teams and stakeholder relationships across a complex, multi-entity transformation programme.

Essential job functions

• Lead the Finance workstream covering FI and CO configuration for Central and EMEA SCM deployment entities
• Design product costing (CO-PC) solutions aligned to manufacturing processes
• Design cost centre accounting (CO-CCA) structures and configurations
• Design inventory valuation (MM-IM/FI) processes integrated with manufacturing operations
• Facilitate Finance fit-gap workshops with Finance and Controlling business stakeholders
• Integrate Finance design with PP, EWM, and Procurement workstreams for cost postings and period-end close
• Manage Finance Consultant deliverables and conduct quality reviews
• Drive Finance testing strategy and execution
• Oversee financial master data migration activities
• Lead cutover planning and execution for Finance workstream

Qualifications & experience

• SAP FI/CO implementation experience with Manufacturing or SCM deployment context
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, CO-PC, CO-CCA, and inventory valuation for manufacturing
• Integration expertise with PP, EWM, MM, and Group Reporting for Finance flows
• Proven ability to lead Finance workstreams in SCM transformation programmes
• Strong financial accounting and controlling domain knowledge in manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT

• SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling certification
• Costing or manufacturing finance implementation background
