Job summary

DXC Technology Company in Poland seeks an experienced SCM Deployment Cutover Manager to plan and execute go-live activities across EWM, IBP, PPDS, and related workstreams.

You will coordinate stock transfers, inventory freezes, and cutover testing with cross-functional teams, produce status reports, and support hypercare post go-live. Strong SAP SCM cutover expertise and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Extensive SAP cutover management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate cutover methodology and best practices.
• Nice to have: SCM or EWM cutover project experience.
• Nice to have: SAP Activate methodology certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SCM deployment cutover plan across EWM, IBP, PPDS and more.
• Coordinate stock transfer, inventory freeze and warehouse cutover activities.
• Manage SCM cutover mock runs and document remediation actions.
• Track cutover tasks dependencies and critical path for SCM go-live.
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions with Program Cutover Manager.
• Produce cutover status reports and plan hypercare.

About the Role

Plans and executes go-live cutover for the SCM Deployment.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and manage the SCM Deployment cutover plan covering EWM, IBP, PPDS, aATP, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams
• Coordinate stock transfer, inventory freeze, and warehouse cutover activities with EWM and logistics business teams
• Manage SCM cutover mock runs and document remediation actions for final cutover
• Track cutover task dependencies and critical path for SCM go-live
• Facilitate go/no-go decision framework for SCM go-live with the Program Cutover Manager
• Produce cutover status reports and coordinate hypercare support planning for SCM streams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business
• Extensive SAP cutover management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery
• Expertise in SCM cutover including inventory migration, warehouse cutover, and planning data migration sequencing
• Experience coordinating cross-functional cutover activities across EWM, PP, Finance, and technical workstreams
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills under cutover pressure
• Knowledge of SAP Activate cutover methodology and best practices
• Nice to have: SCM or EWM cutover project experience
• Nice to have: SAP Activate methodology certification or training
