Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking an SAP FI Specialist with German to join the Application Evolution Services team in Warsaw. The role focuses on SAP FI and S/4HANA, delivering 2nd/3rd line support, problem analysis, and client-focused system improvements. Hybrid model with flexibility and growth opportunities.

The candidate will engage with cross-functional IT teams, maintain documentation, and drive process enhancements while ensuring high-quality service to clients in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Written and spoken German.
• Experience implementing business processes with SAP standards (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and customer-specific enhancements.
• Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus).
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet client needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Your future role:
